Lots of parts transcripted in French on GNRFrance.net ;D

We should put together teams of people to transcribe the recording... I figure it we have three teams of five people working in 12 hour shifts, but October 12, 2011, we should have a completed transcription.  Anyone care to volunteer?    :rofl:

I actually thought of transcripting it first in English, but it took me already so much time to translate it in French...lol

Can anyone give the details (word for word transcription is not necessary) of the last 15 or so minutes that muffin didn't record?

I think there will be a full recording on line shortly, so just wait a bit for it. It will be nicer to hear anyway, than just reading a transcript.  : ok:

a transcript would be great because if english isn't your native language it's sometimes hard to understand every single word.

I hope there will be a full interview uploaded. But reading a complete transcript would be nice too. So either.or is fine if we get one.

I think it's gonna be a hell of a lot easier to write a transcript when we have the full interview uploaded. Eddie said he was gonna do it, so all we have to do is wait  ;)

I don't understand why would it be easier? We have almost everything right now. Yesterday it took me about 4 hours to translate the whole thing in French. I'd be ok to do part of it. Maybe we could share the workload? Like one person would be doing minute 1 to minute 15, another one minute 16 to minute 30, etc. If I find three other people to transcript the thing, I'd be ok to do the first part. Let me know.

Ok, we got it covered until minute 30. (30:59). If more people want to help us from minute 31...feel free to PM me or post here. I'll post the first half tonight.

I will translate it to portuguese for sure, but my english is not that good to transcript it.. I wish I could help you guys, but I don't trust in my english that much. :-\

Why not just but the french version in altavista and translate it to english and get a english person to proof read it and correct the mistakes the translator can't do?

I only translated the parts were Axl and Bach were talking, so I don't have everything. Plus I'm not sure it would save that much time, because online translators are not that good. It'll be done properly, it'll just take a little time. :)
