Title: Pachelbels Canon by jerryc Post by: SkinnyPuppy on April 27, 2006, 11:17:24 PM Wow you guys, you should check this out :
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=by8oyJztzwo&search=jerryc This is a rock version of "Canon in D" originally by Johann Pachelbel. It was written in 1680 - its hard to imagine that something written literally hundreds of years ago kicks so much arse and the chord progressions are so relevant in todays music. I remember learning this on piano when I was a kid. I also found this link regarding Pachelbels canon http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pachelbel's_canon Title: Re: Pachelbels Canon by jerryc Post by: journey on April 28, 2006, 12:39:59 AM I liked it. I'd never heard of Jerry C until now. He's really talented. Title: Re: Pachelbels Canon by jerryc Post by: Evolution on April 28, 2006, 10:20:31 AM Cool, the man who invented that riff getting his due!
