Especially when they don't give any pertinent information!  Holy cow.  Well, I'll say some people will be surprised either way, because some expect a reunion and some do not.  Either way, one of these groups will be surprised.  And well, since we don't know who the new guitarist is, that's one massive surprise waiting to happen right there... even if it's an unknown, people will say "I'm surprised Axl picked an unknown to be in his band."

Okay, I didn't want to blow my cover, but I'm an insider too  :P See, I have a friend whose cousin knows somebody whose neighbour works at McDonalds (yes, where Chris is currently working  ::)0 ) and he said that he remembers this guy who told him that his girlfriend told him that there may be gigs in NY somewhere in 2006. But of course, I had to sign confidentiality papers, so I couldn't tell you guys.  ::)

I have as far as protecting that person/people.
I also have not mentioned any names so everyone can conclude what they want.

Yes, ?that is what the contract says, ?though, ?everyone has by now boarded other bands and I don't really care much how they will overcome their duties.
They often sued each other but the things have been worked out in the end.

indeed, there are several other things pointing to them not disbanding too...the biggest one is that I think all the rumors are absolute bollocks.

I'm just gonna let this run for a while and see where it takes us...

Well, he basically said in the other thread that I brought up in my last post that VR is no more, that Slash and Matt will be in the same band, Duff is with AIC, and Scott and Dave are unsure at this point.

So, to recap... if VR being broken up is relevant to the GNR story at all, Slash and Matt must be coming back to GNR... ?::)
