The first edition of the bilbain festival, that looks forward to fill the hole that the World Series have left, is giving shape to an event that is going to be of international size. Besides the already confirmed stars, another 40 artists will play in Bilbao. With funds of 4 million dollars, the place will have two stages, 2 techo tents (I don't know if this is the correct word) and one pop... all a montage to receive decens of thousands of people in the middle of the summer. Even when a lot of artists still haven't confirmed their presence, organizers already have organized the event. The festival will open it's doors at 4PM, and at 5PM live concerts will begin.
