Although not a complete reunion, the band is now comprised of Axl Rose, Slash, Duff McKagen, Richard Fortus, Dizzy Reed, Matt Sorum, Gilby Clarke and Chris Pitman. This new "official" lineup is set to announce the release of the long awaited Chinese Democracy, which will be released to coincide with an extensive European tour. Sources have also confirmed a pending resolution to the longstanding lawsuit between Axl Rose and his former bandmates Duff McKagen and Slash, the agreement between the parties will be announced on May 16th after the first of two warmup concerts in New York City.
