Title: Here?s a bizarre thought Post by: shaun on April 11, 2006, 04:33:02 PM Imagine if Axl allowed Slash, Duff and Sorum back onboard, would Scott join Robin, Tommy, Brain and Buckethead to form their own group and would this group be better then GnR ;D

Interesting mix as the singer of Filter is originally from NIN. But anyone who doubts what their capable of just isn't giving them a chance. Me, I'm syked for this & VR. Heck, why not, it's not like CD's coming out anytime soon?!! Title: Re: Here?s a bizarre thought Post by: Mandy. on April 12, 2006, 05:35:31 AM I've never thought about that ::)
But that would be very very bizarre, indeed. On stage was Duff with Weiland, and one of the songs they did was Cheap Trick's "Surrender." The show airs (I think) on April 18th, but I can look it up and confirm that. So that might shoot down some more of the "reunion" rumors, or that Duff and Slash hate Weiland.

Oops sorry...i was close :hihi: but i agree with you dude  Title: Re: Here?s a bizarre thought Post by: pilferk on April 12, 2006, 11:36:53 AM No, HERE's a bizarre (and, IMHO, implausible) thought:
Axl, Robin, Tommy, Richard, Brain, Slash, Duff, and Izzy ALL go on the Euro tour and play each and every gig.? The old guys play the old stuff (and some of the new) and the new guys play the new stuff (and some of the old). Now THAT's a bizzarre thought. And for the record, the entire above scenario has only one source: My imagination! And again, for the record, NO, I don't think it would ever really happen. It's a nice dream, though.... :) Title: Re: Here?s a bizarre thought Post by: manny on April 12, 2006, 11:40:17 AM No, here's bizzare:
What if slash, duff, adler, and chris pittman; all join buckethead, with bucket on lead vocals. Thats bizarre and not so far fetched. Title: Re: Here?s a bizarre thought Post by: axlisgod on April 12, 2006, 11:42:59 AM i can see slash maybe duff but not the others
