Its not like he's spent the last 10 years in and out of rehab or something. That's the only reason I didn't vote for him or anyone. I don't think he needs to "improve".

Now he's out in public and things seem to be rolling along smoothly. Remember, he once said "people say I'm a recluse. I just don't go out much because I don't have a reason to. Why would I be in the public spotlight if there's nothing going on (tour, record, whatever.) When there's something going on, then you'll see me." I basically paraphrased that quote because I can't remember what it really was, but it would seem as if he is "improving." So, that's why you vote for him. The fact Scott's managed to keep himself clean for 2 years as fucked up has he's been deserves some positive recognition. But maybe he wrote better song's when he was fucked up ???
