I got a cheat for Max Payne the first one for PS2. Pause the game and press the following quickly; L1,L2,R1,R2, Triangle, Circle, X, Square. This will let you have all weapons fully loaded and a maximum of 8 painkillers. You can keep entering this cheat as long as you pause it during play.
