could be photoshopped in i guess. but its too obscure when compared to these other photos. for instance, we can read chinese democracy, spot axl's head, and we know what buckethead looks like. if you saw these they were easy to tell that that is what you saw, we cant really determine if this is that building without seeing the helicopter pad, so i dont really think that is it.
