for sure the whole album is gonna leak weeks/days before the albums released.? will you hear the songs before buying Chinese Democracy?

Of course. Doesn't affect my purchase of the CD.

People make far too big a deal of leaks.

Chinese Democracy's release date won't be announced.... it's just gonna smack you in the face and appear in the stores. ;)

If we were to learn today that CD comes out in three weeks, I'll wait. But with leaks without a releasedate statement, I'll hear the tracks.

I haven't heard the leaks, and i don't know if i will. I'm worried about if you like the leaks very much, maybe it's harder to like the ones on CD (if the leaked songs is on CD) :P

The whole album leaking 3 weeks before it's set release date will be the best news concerning CD's release in this entire saga.

I've bitched and begged for years for some fuckin Democracy in China so rest assured I'm gonna pay Axl & co. for their work.

Fuck.....I'll send them a check for the demos regardless if they wanted them out there or not.

I don't think so. Who knows though. I didn't think I would have lkistend to so many demos either.  I was able to hold out and not listen to How To Dismantle an Atomic Bomb before the album came out but that's different. i haven't had to wait 10+ years for a new U2 album.  I think if I knew there was a set date that Chinese Democracy was coming out I could wait. Not knowing if and when the album will ever come out contributed to me listening to the four demos I'm sure.

I'm thinking all die hard fans will... And that doesn't make a difference at all, since they are gonna buy it anyway...

no i definetely won't be hearing the whole album before.. i have waited too long for this moment where i am going to put the cd into my cd player and start listening to it... i won't ruin that special moment

Absolutely not. I wouldn't download "real" CD songs even now. I want the real deal to be when I come home with my newly purchased copy of CD, pop it in the stereo, sit back and listen.

I'll download the tracks first. The album won't appear here until 2-3 months after the U.S release anyway...
