What do you think about the 14 second leak?? Is it real, what do ya think?

I don?t know if this is real or fake. Apparantly someone at mygnr forum with username ?BassLikeHot? post a link of ?Seven? which is only a 14 sec clip instrument with no vocal.

It was deleted by mods but he re-link on the thread again

Without vocals can't say anything.. It deafineatly leaves you want to hear more..

Well whatever it does, it probably won't make the band issue a statement anytime soon. 

One thing that's certain is that's Buckethead playing. ?If this isn't GNR, it could be from an actual Buckethead solo piece. ? I grabbed this off of mygnr, does anyone know where it leaked first? ?

Any buckethead fans here that can confirm if this was on one of his albums?

Cant tell without axl voice but if its real someone got a more recent demo cuz its sound way better than other leaks ,
and the mix sounds finnished different of the previous leaks

It is Axl's wishes for us to listen to these. We are expected to so don't feel bad. If we were suppose to listen to nothing but the actual released album, then we would have it, or would have it soon (as in soon).

Well, it's 14 second, it's instrumental, nobody can know if it's GNR or not. And even if it was, well, it's 14 seconds lol!

I donot recognize the Seven leak as anything on a Buckethead Album. I only have about 90% of Bucketheads Albums, he has a number of obscure albums that i don't have as well as the albums where he has been a guest. Having said that, the 14 second leak sounds tinny sounding just like a leak should  :hihi:

sounds really heavy, too heavy, like drop-d, seven string, korn heavy, on initial hunch I'm gonna have to say it's fake. but would be tres cool if GnR had a tune that was this heavy. but again 14 seconds, meh

it must be from "elephant man's alarm clock". i know that because i have all the other metal albums from Bhead.
if it's not from that album, then it is a gnr leak.

i know its only 14 seconds, but it really does sound like new gnr. i really hope we get some kind of announcement soon, i dont want this whole album over the internet.

Drop B, not D. Drop D is mostly used on 6 string guitars so you can do barred power chords on E and A. 7 Strings usually have a low B. ;)

Remove a vocal of track is almost impossible the maximum u can do is invert the phase of 1 channel mixdow them to mono and do some low EQ to get some kick and bass sound back still it will sound far away of the tune (and the vocals will be there specially chorus and shit (panned vox etc) wich doesnt happen with the leaked instrumental version  : ok:

The buckethead guitar in the 14 second clip sounds exactly like one of his riffs in Ballad of the Buckethead.  I belive it's fake.

I haven't heard the clip (I'm at work), but if there are some "Buckethead like" guitar parts on it, then someone has "doctored" the clip.  Paradise Lost guitar players aren't technical at all.

It does sound like John5 more than Buckethead.

I guess there's no need to discuss non-GN'R tracks here...
