Title: My Band Opened For Buckcherry! Post by: da_pope on March 09, 2006, 01:34:19 AM Buckcherry recently came to town and played a gig at our drummers uncles club.
It took alot of bagging but he let us (an underage newly formed rock band that only has two originals) play a set before the "official" opening band took the stage. It was quite badass as we played our two originals as well as: - Sweet Child O' Mine - Always On The Run - Mama I'm Comin' Home - I Believe in a Thing Called Love (We love to make our singer look like a fool) We also had unaccompinied solo's by me (Lead guitar), Bassist and Drummer (together) in between Always on the Run and Mama I'm comin home. : ok: Title: Re: My Band Opened For Buckcherry! He said it was enough that he let us play in his joint even though we're under 18... Which is cool. I remember Kieth(lead guitar) was like "You guys are only 16? Thats badass...
