I doubt it's the reason he "didn't attend" though (assuming he didn't- who's to say Elton didn't hook him up with a private entrance, etc.). That's the Vanity Fair party which is a totally different gig... and I think even Elton is "with it" enough NOT to invite Axl Rose and Stephanie Seymour to the same Oscars party...

She looks pretty good, despite the fact that she's dressed like a cheap hooker, and she's obviously had some face work done.
