Title: How do you like your eggs? Post by: Eazy E on March 06, 2006, 04:08:54 AM I've never really tried all the different ways of making eggs... when I was young I didn't like them, and I got myself into it by eating scrambled and fried. Now I usually like my eggs over medium and (if I'm making it myself) cooked in a little bit of grease left over from the bacon.

I love scrambled eggs, and ocassionaly have scrambled egg sandwiches for breakfast. I also love deviled eggs, and I dont know how they make them where you live, but I boil the eggs, slice them in half, and put the yolk in a bowl and mix the yolk with mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and pepper, and sometimes a little vinegar. After mixing that, you put the filling back into the halved eggs, and sprinkle paprika on them. I'd like to be able to make fried eggs, but I can't figure out how you cook the top without flipping them, and no one has ever given me good instructions.
