I know he didn't contribute much on 2002 tour, but on these demos he is pretty much non-existent.  It will be interesting to see what he brings to the table once CD is released.

No one cares. I started an identical a few days ago, and no one gives a fuck. Why I'm not sure. It is an interesting observation.

you dont know the contributions until CD is realased... maybe he wrote most of the song... you dont know... also in better you can hear the synth in the background in most of the song and twat you can hear him too.. in IRS in some parts you can hear a synth too...

Actually, my pitman thread was about how can you tell him and dizzy's work apart since they both do keyboards and shit. I['m about to fall asleep. I'm getting confused. I might just put a pillow on my keyboard and take a nap. :hihi:

The synth and orchestration are audible in Better and IRS. Pittman and Dizzy are definately active.

in my opinion, i think gnr could do whithout chris pittman. that andi think they only need two guitars, three is a little excessive i think.

It does seem that way, the more a star stays in, the more interest they attract. Once CD is has been done with, Axl's gonna vanish for 30 years!  :beer:  only to emerge with his new image and a bunch of promises and maybe some cover art work  ;D

Didn't axl mention that Chris Pitman is just a live guy, and not an actual recording member with the band, or am I confusing truth with speculation?

Look at TWAT... please notice there's some piano and some stings... that's a 2 men work.

Then look that the new songs are effect-overloaded... someone has to play those effects. take a look at "better"

Then take a look at the past news... gnr didcontact some people to make orchestal arrangements, someone should be onstage to play those string arrangements.

That's my opinion... plus we didn't heard the full disc, and what we got are just DEMOS

Chris might be necesary for the band, and we even don't know if he wrote some of the music we heard.

The solo by RObin is the best of all the solos on any of the new gnr songs. period.
