was wondering the same thing.....TWAT was #3 on the demo I think...but I"m sure thats changed from the 2 discs axl was carrying around.

man, that STEREO news was pretty cool....is this a double album with 2 discs of ten songs each?  or two seperate discs with diff release dates

god i need an announcement like i need lunch (2:15 on the east coast here...been too busy listening to the new better to even eat!) hhaha

Axl seems to be very confident in this album  .  And for those people that say this doesn't need to be a masterpiece for it to be successful don't know what they are talking about.  Axl has been hyping this thing for so long and with that quote in the MTV article  about "this album will show everyone who was the main ingredient from GN'R"  he cannot afford to fail  because if he does  he will be the laughing stock in rock  and we won't see album 2  or 3. Interesting that he had 2 cd's with 10 tracks each    maybe CD  will be a double disc  that would be actually cool as long as it doesn't have fillers  like UYI  albums did.

Call the club and ask for the guy that gave the interview and ask him ;D

Axl named his three favourite songs in the interview with RS. The Blues is not a rocker so it can't be the no.3 track. There Was A Time has the feeling of the last song on the CD (certainly not no.3) and is not really a rocker. So its gotta be Better. Coz its rockin. The leaks have nothing to do with it coz those three songs are clearly seperate from this CD

Why are some people assuming it has to be one of the songs that we have heard ?

I bet it's a song that we've never heard before and might not even know the title of.

I just can't imagine it being the absolute favorite unless it has some huge emotional value attached to it that only Axl understands (which would be quite fathomable since he wrote it).

Out of the three studio-quality tracks leaked so far, TWAT is my least favorite.

Or " This is Love" which I hope...

It was mentioned few years ago as being Axl personal favourite...
I'm surprised he did not mention the song at the RS interview at Korn

i think that was number 3 from the demo disc, not the actual album.

i think it might be better cuz the guy said it had "uncharacteristic heavyness" and better has that heavy riff in the middle that hits u like a sledgehammer.

we'll see i guess....

Well the club owner said he said that, but if he did, it was definitely not a brilliant thing to say.  If I was Axl, I would just shut up and let the music do the talking.  Sometimes, it would be nice if Goldstein and Zutat were back.  Sanctuary seems to be, well, they leave much to be desired.  How they approve of some of this press, is beyond this spinmeister.

Better/TWAT/The Blues were listed as his favorites. So it could be any of those.
