Hi!,Steven have cancelled the rest of the tour.Had a big problem in one of his wrists and can?t play for a while.He?s back at home and will try to get a new band.

B12 is a vitamin.

Im guessing he was in the hospital cos of his wrist.
in pictures from the gigs he's done, you can see him playing with bandage on one of his wrists.

I would imagine the hospital story was merely another cover-up for his ongoing addiction that is overpowering his life, again, and again and again. 

The pics with the drugs are just taken from the internet and the one were steven is getting a "blowjob" is so fucking fake. Damn, the people who photshopped those pics have absolutely no lives :rant: ::)

Hard to tell what the fvck is going on here... certain pictures may be fake- but Steven has been acting irrationally and bizarrely for several months, and I'm worried for the guy. Where the fvck is his family? The idea that he should be off touring Europe with a rock band is pure nonsense to me.....

I hope he gets home... gets healthy.... and takes up a new hobby...

I am surprised how many people have asked where his family is.  An addict is the only person that can help him/herself.  It doesn't matter what his family or friends do, Steven has to be the one to change and he doesn't want to.  He brags about how many times he has been in rehab and is still using.  I mean, jeez, look at that interview he did with MetalSludge where he practically brags about smoking some rock a few months ago.  If Steven took one hit of some rock or the brown stuff a few months ago, that was just his first step to full time using again.  He cannot do it just once, he thinks it is going to be okay, but every time he tries it just once, he is completely addicted again. 

Steven has been home since a few days.

Well... true, ultimately only Steven can solve his problem.... but that doesn't mean his family or anyone else that may still give a damn about him should just sit there and let the guy get wasted in Europe. INTERVENE for fvck's sakes...

Personally, I knew they were playing with fire when they tried to structure his recovery around "playing music" again. This guy has been to the top of the music industry and seen all the wine, women and song there is to be had... did anyone honestly think he was going to just hit the road and do yoga in the tour bus!? You've got to be kidding me...

That is very sad news about Steven.  Hopefully he will receive the help he needs.

Steven a fucking loser.  I wish he would have never been in GN'R and Matt would have always been the drummer.  He's fucking pathetic.  What ever happens to him is his own fault.  I could care less if never hear about him again.
