This is a serious question about sex, anyone can answer: I've been with girls who say its insulting to offer a girl a towel afterwards, that it takes away from the act. But I swear when I don't offer they ask for one and I feel like a jerk. Now I have one under my bed at all times just on the safe side.

What's the polite thing to do? Should you offer or let them ask?

If you really want to be polite, you sleep on the damn towel!!!

Just cover your bed with clingfilm and replace after every session like a smart person would...

If you're getting enough to actually think about this, you're doing something right with the ladies. I'd say, you sleep on the spot.

This sounds like the debate the girls at work and I are having. Towel or no towel. 2 of us use a towel and 2 don't. Keep a basket of towels by the bed. Place one down before any suction begins. Hell, I've kept one under my pillow for emergencies! ?;) I would much rather be prepared than sleeping in sticky funk. I don't mind it on my leg...just not on my sheet....

Nobody's answering you.  But how could you not know about the wet spot?  Unless every time you've had sex, you've used a condom. 

I have a full size bed and the wet spot always ends up in the middle. But the girls always want to friggin cuddle afterwards! Either their head on my chest, their arm and leg draped over me, or they lie on their side with me holding them from behind and I always end up in the wet spot. Not only is it uncomfortable, I smell funny...

But it was recently I was asked for a towel and it made feel like an ass. No girl has ever asked me for one before, and I heard when I was a kid that it was insulting to ask a girl if she wanted one.

That's why you wait until after you are done to throw down the towel.  You'll still have to change your sheets, but not until the next day.  And at least its dry.

That's true. But here's where it gets complicated: As a woman you wouldn't get offended by the guy spreading out the towel after your done? I think the girl saying when I was a kid that offering a towel is insulting has had an effect on me.

I don't understand how being considerate is insulting. Being clean is not offensive.

I don't see why it would be insulting.  I could see where some might be embarrassed by it because they don't really want to talk about it.  But I say comfort is more important.  And if you know each other well enough to have sex, then you should be able to acknowledge the wet spot and throw down a towel. 

Well if it's such a big a problem with the wet spot just do it on the couch.

If most of the wet is coming from your girls then they are either "squirters" or they work up a lot of drool.? :drool: Either way is probably okay with you.... But as far as the "o" factor, men produce WAY more than women (generally speaking...the women I know don't produce sperm, but I don't know who you know.)

I think most people are referring to what the man produces when they talk about the wet spot.  However, I supposed it could come from the woman, as someone mentioned earlier.
