Title: will there be a warm up gig Post by: vinnylyons on February 21, 2006, 02:08:24 PM do you think they will play a small venue as a warm up gig like vegas
Title: Re: will there be a warm up gig Post by: MeanBone on February 21, 2006, 02:09:33 PM most def! line up changes and not playing live since '02. they really need to play something smaller before heading to those big stages!
Title: Re: will there be a warm up gig Post by: The Dog on February 21, 2006, 02:19:00 PM Maybe they'll play in the NYC bar that is partly owned by Duff....perhaps they'll have some "guest" appearances to jam with the new line up? ;) hehehe
just kidding. Title: Re: will there be a warm up gig Post by: Thorazine Shuffle on February 21, 2006, 02:23:19 PM do you think they will play a small venue as a warm up gig like vegas I think so. It would be very easy for GNR to set up a small warm-up gig as well it would be very beneficial for them. Title: Re: will there be a warm up gig Post by: DemocracyRose on February 21, 2006, 02:48:16 PM I think it will be a wise move...

Title: Re: will there be a warm up gig Post by: BLS-Pride on February 21, 2006, 03:05:23 PM Vegas House of Blues most likely... Atlantic City HOB perfered : ok:
Title: Re: will there be a warm up gig Post by: jbenzz on February 21, 2006, 03:08:19 PM free show in philly would be nice? : ok: That would be a good idea, even just do a free club show in Philly to ease over relations. Assuming they play well and are lucky enough to get positive reviews, it would go a long way to mend relationships in the US. Title: Re: will there be a warm up gig Post by: MeanBone on February 21, 2006, 03:57:58 PM that's the best idea i've heard so far. the people in philly deserve it! : ok:
Title: Re: will there be a warm up gig Post by: mikegiuliana on February 21, 2006, 03:59:45 PM I wonder if they are together at least jamming
Title: Re: will there be a warm up gig Post by: killingvector on February 21, 2006, 04:01:40 PM I am leaning towards a New York gig actually......Vegas was already done.
Title: Re: will there be a warm up gig Post by: just_one on February 21, 2006, 04:04:49 PM a warm gig on the ritz would rock so much : ok:
Title: Re: will there be a warm up gig Post by: mikegiuliana on February 21, 2006, 04:08:12 PM a warm gig on the ritz would rock so much : ok: I'm not even sure if the ritz is still there.. I could be wrong though Title: Re: will there be a warm up gig Post by: jmapelian on February 21, 2006, 04:36:54 PM Maybe they'll play in the NYC bar that is partly owned by Duff....perhaps they'll have some "guest" appearances to jam with the new line up? ;) hehehe? just kidding. Yeah, Axl's entourage wouldn't fit in Snitch :hihi: Title: Re: will there be a warm up gig Post by: Thorazine Shuffle on February 21, 2006, 05:20:32 PM free show in philly would be nice? : ok: That would definatley help Guns in the long run (rep wise). Title: Re: will there be a warm up gig Post by: willow on February 21, 2006, 05:30:10 PM My two cents is. I would like it to be Vegas. On a weekday if possible. Its a little cheaper to stay and fly.
Title: Re: will there be a warm up gig Post by: Chief on February 21, 2006, 06:14:49 PM i like the philly idea and Vegas too but somehow i think it would be cool to have a warmup gig in LA!
Title: Re: will there be a warm up gig Post by: Eeebs on February 21, 2006, 06:26:04 PM Oh gosh... that would be so awesome. I'd take a few days off work for that if it were in the US!! A few years ago, I almost went to Las Vegas to see them. This time around, I most certainly would!!
