It's 2 separate charts.... If a song gets really high on a rock chart or any other subchart then it usually crosses over into the mainstream Billboard Hot 100... which SIDHY did that... at #69. OMG was very very moderate... IRS is getting played yes, but if it was just a accidental leak... it wouldn't matter how many times it got played... they wouldn't rank it. If Axl purposely released this song...t hen yes it could be ranked, because it would be a licensed song by Gn'R and not an accidental leak. Since no word from management, I assume this is a serious song that Axl wanted out there in a very unorthodox way... ROCK ON AXL!!!! I think SI would have gotten better reception though if that was the song/video to kick it off.
