Title: Re: Dizzy Reed in Hartford April 2nd Post by: ARC on February 19, 2006, 03:23:58 PM Notice how both shows are Guns N Roses orientated.
These could be shows capitalising on the release date of CD - getting Dizzy and his fans back in the GNR frame of mind. Title: Re: Dizzy Reed in Hartford April 2nd Post by: WARose on February 19, 2006, 03:25:01 PM i don`t think that this show is a negative sign in regards of a CD release......
there`s a lot goin`on :peace: Title: Re: Dizzy Reed in Hartford April 2nd Post by: SLCPUNK on February 19, 2006, 03:25:44 PM A tribute..........to myself, and my band!

Title: Re: Dizzy Reed in Hartford April 2nd Post by: Eeebs on February 19, 2006, 03:32:04 PM Geez... when will Dizzy ever make his way up north to Canada? I would love to see him perform in a club setting one of these days!
Ah well... maybe next time :) Title: Re: Dizzy Reed in Hartford April 2nd Post by: norway on February 19, 2006, 03:38:10 PM March release out of the window then hmm?? :'( it wasnt a possibility anyway... Axl hinted a festival appearance and GunsN'Roses members has said the plan is to release the album then tour :peace: Dizzy is cool 8) Title: Re: Dizzy Reed in Hartford April 2nd Post by: Eric on February 19, 2006, 04:04:59 PM Dizzy can still tour when CD is released-he'll just be needed probably for interviews and such-I don't understand why anyone would think if the members are still doing side projects, solo dates, it means CD won't be released. They will be needed next when GNR tours.
Title: Re: Dizzy Reed in Hartford April 2nd Post by: LittleFly on February 19, 2006, 04:47:52 PM WHHOOOHOOO!!! I just bought my ticket ;D
I've seen him here before, at least twice. If it's gonna be a NE tour, I'm doing my damnest to go to all the shows lol Title: Re: Dizzy Reed in Hartford April 2nd Post by: Axl4Prez2004 on February 19, 2006, 04:52:49 PM I'm going to go see that show. PLEASE start a chant of IRS, TWAT or BETTER...maybe he'll do a little blip off another track. Hey, ya never know. Title: Re: Dizzy Reed in Hartford April 2nd Post by: 1987 on February 19, 2006, 05:08:12 PM anyone think there is any chance this is a cover up for a warm up gig for gnr... most of dizzy's shows don't say anything about gnr on the ticket... do they? i know that they usually reference a "special guests" and its never anyone from gnr.. haha... dizzy is pretty cool.. but i think its kinda lame to be in a tribute band that pays tribute to a band that you are it.. not as bad as pop corn adler touring with a gnr cover band though..
Title: Re: Dizzy Reed in Hartford April 2nd Post by: LittleFly on February 19, 2006, 05:17:55 PM From what I remember, it usually does say "Dizzy of Guns N Roses" Don't know if I have any of my old tix, but I do remember that.
