Title: What would be the reactions of Well Known Rockers after Listening the demos?
Post by: DEAD HORSE on February 18, 2006, 04:19:01 PM
Well, after listening to the Demos for 2 million times each ,  i was wondering, what would be the reaction of well known rockers and people that Axl admires or has admired in the past,  such as Robert Plant, Brian May, Slash, Izzy, Trent Reznor, Mick Jagger, James Hetfield (loooooong time ago Axl was a true Metallica's fan)  and the list goes on?

any comments  ???

Probably the same as everyone elses.

We all know he can write a kick ass ballad, and the new songs confirm that. The question for the past 10 years has been and continues to be whether he can write an equally kick ass rock song without Izzy and Slash. That question is still unanswered. So in a sense the Demo's have done nothing but confirm what we already knew.

I think most people will like these songs. at least the people who has liked Axl's previous work with GNR.
only people who won't like it will be the same as didn't like it back in the day, the people who say they can't stand his voice and all that blah blah blah. they are just closet fans...I know it!
