Talia Shire...she's such a horrible actress yet she's been in some of my all-time favorite movies (the Godfather and Rocky sagas).? The fact that her crappy acting didn't bring down those movies is a testament to how great they are.  WOOOOOOOOOOOO!  That's #1500.  Now Randy Orton's gonna be after my ass.

seen them all, and I stand by what I said.  Pitt was ok (nothing more) in Kalifornia but that's it.  I've never seen what was so great in Jolie no matter how many flicks  I watch with her in them.

I think Brad Pitt's a pretty good actor.  Paris Hilton is great at being slutty and hot...which can get you pretty far nowadays.  Shaq definitely owes a lot of his basketball accomplishments to his great size, but there have been other guys with his size who have never done anything in the league and completely sucked.  Shaq has won 3 championships and many individual honors.  He's tough, and he comes through in big games for the most part.  I'd say he's overrated, but still one of the best big men in NBA history.

Talent really doesn't come down to opinion.  Michael Jordan was an amazingly talented basketball player.  That's not an opinion, that's fact.  You may not like him, but you can't deny he has physical talent.  Same with singers/musicians.  If someone can sing they can sing.  You may not like their songs, but physical attributes are not opinion.

Dave Grohl, talentless in Foo Fighters? I don't think so.

And one other thing, I know it's only your opinion but you can't say he's bad, because he do has a big, big, talent.

Physical ability and octave/range/pitch/harmony/etc can be objectively measured. Studio effects are used to hide bad singers, though. It's easier to fake.

Female comedians just aren't funny.

Talent should be objectively measured. Can Grohl shread like Yngwie? Writing memorable songs is hard to call talented because musical taste is too subjective, at least in the pop and rock scenes. Classical music can be more easily assessed without bias. It's difficult to compare modern rock stars' abilities because the music itself is so simple.

Look, about Grohl, i like him as a drummer, he is such a good drummer, very creative, not that fast, but good. As a guitar player, only one riff has made me shake my head, "I?ll stick around", the rest sounds like some radio device with interference. There?s different likes, but really man, grohl?s riffs bore me, don?t even make me feel anything, that?s not good, it can?t be good.

It's not even Dave Grohl that writes the riffs, just on their first album "Foo Fighters" He plays everything on it.

They have a lead guitar player you know, Chris Shiflett and they had two guys before that, Franz Stahl and Pat Smear.

So it's them that wrote most of the riffs for "The Colour and the Shape" and "There Is Nothing Left to Lose" and Chris wrote riffs for "One by One" and "In Your Honor"

And yes, Dave was better as a drummer (Maybe because he have played drums for a longer time) but he is just the rhythm guitar player in Foo Fighters.

As for the songs, a song is not about a damn riff and you might not like them overall either but this is pop/rock music, not Nirvana-style. (I am not saying that you think so, but just as an example).

But still, you can't deny his talent, because he has a big, big, big, talent as a drummer and as a guitarist. That's just fact.
