Title: Sleeping Habits Post by: Evolution on October 30, 2005, 09:18:38 PM What are your sleeping habits? I usually find it hard to drop off sometimes and even harder to wake the fuck up. When i was on holiday in the summer i found myself getting into the pattern of 7am bedtimes and 5pm rising. :-\
My alarm for school goes off in 4 hours, yet i still don't feel tired. Are you a heavy or a light sleeper? In bed around 11-12 and up 7-8am. Coffee is my wonder drug in the mornings. I actually haven't had a good night's sleep since Wednesday. Kinda makes me wonder why I'm up past 2 in the morning posting in this thread.

Am a very deep sleeper, just have problems falling asleep. Am scared of the dark so usually fell sleep when i had no more strengh to stay awake. And have the utmost difficulty sleeping on my own, so used to have a habit to put people in my bed just so i wouldn't sleep alone. Up until 5/6 years ago. |
