this is the greatest website on the internet, i've said that for a long time.

while there have been literally hundreds if not thousands of people who've tried to make gnr fansites and / or forums, how many of them even last the first year? and here we are looking at this wonderful site for 9...

It is indeed. I've seen a lot of fan sites / forums come and go since early 1999 (when I got on the web), and I can't think of any other that has survived since then without any major changes in personnel.

Well, Congratulations Jarmo!! I had a Guns N' Roses' site by my own, but I decided to close it because I was spending too much time(and Money) to run a site about a band that doesn't do anything to their fans!

Well, that and other things made me close my site...and it was a pretty big site with a lot of people coming to see it...

What I'm trying to say is: I know how hard is to keep a website for a long time...and you're doing a great fuckin' job with this one!! It is just the best GN'R's site!

Jarmo, you have done the impossible: Sustaining a relevant website for an ignored fanbase of an irrelevant band. Congrats!  :beer: If this site didn't exist, everyone would have given up years ago.Its a place where GNR fans of all types can mingle. I also think talking to fellow hardcore fans helps ease our frustrations(a little bit). You definitely have the best GNR site ever. Keep up the good work! : ok:

I meant irrelevant in terms of current pop culture. I didn't mean it in a negative way. Obviously, GNR is relevant to us. I was actually trying to compliment Jarmo on how successful this site has been considering the odds against a GNR site being a success.

Jarmo, I have been here since the very begining.  Didn't even joing till a few years ago.  This is one of the few sites that really survived and thrived.  What ever happened to "Critical Solution," "GNR Bar"?  There were a bunch others, but I can't remember.  Great site, thanks for everything.
