There will never be a Democracy in China or a Chinese Decomcracy Guns n Roses it is what it is. I met and asked Dizzy 3YEARS ago and he said soon thats three years ago. Take it with a grain a salt Axl will never release or even planned too.

Interscope will drop them from their label, or they will sue Axl to get the album released. Which will take years to happen. I'm sure Axl would appeal the decision, so add a few more years to that.
