Oooooh. His new stuff is shit like, but I'd love to see Graves.

Pity about what happened to Graves Euro tour. i guess youre not allowed to have an opinion in punk rock now. :-\

Just wondering if any of you have the mp3 of Graves - Blackbird (acoustic) that he had on MP3.com a couple of years ago. If you do, can I have it?

Yeah, I think I got it off soulseek onto your machine.

Rock on!

I'd like to change my previous statement about his new album. It is seriously growing on me. Beware, Exit, Teenage Monster, Radio Deadly are all stompiing.

Yeah just got it, its good i like it...the thing is with Graves, he is such a fantastic vocalist, you cant help but like his stuff...i like his new effort, Punk Rock is Dead is an early fave!

About the Blackbird song, i couldnt find it on my machine but after a number of hours searching, ive found a version, but its not the acoustic version, its the track off of Web of Dharma.

Im also in the process of receiving an acoustic EP from 2004 but once again it doesnt have Blackbird on it....

Cunt

The guy is rock and roll through and through....hope he tours England.
Id like to have a chat with him, not only about his time with the 'Fits' but his views on the current musical scene.

Heres the full article from Blabbermouth :-

Touring the U.S. in support of his Horror High debut solo release, "Punk Rock is Dead", former MISFITS frontman Michale Graves and his touring band have fallen victim to every touring musicians nightmare. After playing the Nomad World pub late Sunday night (Oct. 16), their touring van was broken into and every single piece of musical equipment was stolen. Along with gear, all merchandise including shirts and CDs were taken.

Putting the band in a precarious situation with no gear to peform with, and no merchandise to sell to fund their way home, Michale is adamant with continuing the tour, and refuses to cancel shows. In the previous week, immediately following a Portland, OR show Michale was rushed to emergency due to a severe ear infection. Against doctor’s recommendations of resting, Graves insisted on continuing the tour.

Michale Graves can be heard on the ROADRUNNER UNITED "The All-Star Sessions" CD, which was released on October 11. Graves contributes vocals and lyrics to the track "I Don't Wanna Be (A Superhero)", also featuring Matthew K. Heafy (TRIVIUM) on lead and rhythm guitar, Justin Hagberg (3 INCHES OF BLOOD) on rhythm guitar, Mike D'Antonio (KILLSWITCH ENGAGE) on bass and Dave Chavarri (ILL NINO) on drums.
