Title: Possibly unique CD question Post by: McGann on September 13, 2005, 07:55:13 AM I own a CD
I bought back in '94: Queensryche's "Promised Land". The Queensryche symbol Embossed right there on the disc Is half wiped away. Up until last year, I thought that was on purpose I'm told now it's not! Does anyone else Have this "wiped away" symbol Upon their CD? If not, if I have What is a unique item, How do I find worth? Is there a website Where McGann might discover If others exist? I own the same album (which I just checked) and the symbol is simply embossed there, as you said, but normally. It's just a slight shade darker than the CD itself. So no, it wouldn't appear to be purposeful that yours is half wiped away. Logic would probably dictate a defect. Though it could be something else... Worth? Beats me! Why do you write in verse?
