I really dont see what the big deal is. If some other band calls a song its so easy should we post about that too? Different bands use the same album title all the time, its not a big deal. I still think they should have used it. I think the legality came into play though because of the 2002 tours maybe? Or was that before then? But when a band call their album 'Chinese Democracy' i think there's gotta be a very large chance that they got their title from the long awaited GN'R album. i think it's pretty unlikely that they just 'thought' of the name off their own back or at least no-one told them before they released it.
