Things like that don't just happen for no reason. It's a tragedy, but most of all it's uncalled for. If a plane is really old or needs to be worked on a lot, then it's time to ditch it.

Imagine all around the world. In my opinion the complete responsible is the company in most cases, at least on the last accident that occured in my country. (Plane from Cyprus crashed on Marathon).
