Title: Problem with PS2 game I rented Post by: MikeB on July 12, 2005, 12:58:55 AM I rented a PS2 game called Star Wars:Battlefront . Now I have a controller with analog dual shock . But the damn thing tells me the controller is not connected when all my other games still work. Since it's not a sport game I felt this topic would fit in better than the Fun n' Games board. Please tell me if you know what's wrong.

try moving the cord a little when it does that abd unplugging the controler then plug it back up. Here's what happens , the playstation 2 logo pops up like for all the other games, the next thing it shows the logo of the game with the loading sign then the stupid message pops up telling me I don't have a controller connected. :confused: I hate machines >:(

The one you have now is propably only dual shock - compatible. I had the same problem with my old controller, then I bought a DS2 - compatible - controller. I wonder what's so special about DS2 that my old ds-controller wasn't compatible..?? |
