June 15th ANOTHER HINT AT A GUNS N ROSES RELEASE: XFM UK has posted another Guns N Roses news item, but as per the last one, it is unsubstantiated and unconfirmed. It reads: According to an "employee" at Universal Music Group, the new Guns 'N' Roses album Chinese Democracy will be released before the end of the year. The source is quoted as saying, "The release of 'Chinese Democracy' is being organised now but it is being dealt with by the top people," although he did admit that due to this he "Will not be able to get specific information on anything in the coming months." One night, a few months ago, I actually wrote a poem/song called 'Angel of Light'. Since I'm not a musician, I actually considered trying to send it to Axl. But if he reads this site, and has seen some of my negative responses concerning the state of CD, he wouldn't use it, so I never tried to send it.

Because they know a decent handful of people are stupid enough to believe anything they say and word will get around creating a buzz about it. Stupid shit. Rumors can get interesting sometimes if they come from a credible source but when they're in regards to GN'R - I don't care what's posted, where it's posted, or who swears it's legitimate. I ain't buying into shit concerning "Chinese Democracy" until we start seeing the real signs that it is indeed coming (i.e. GN'R in the actual news, a brand-spankin' new single on the radio, Axl confirming the drop date in a press release, finalized tracks from the album popping up on P2P sites for download, etc.).
