I think all the drugs I did in the early 90's made me sterile.

Look, i know it's intimate deary, but let me say something to you straight on : Do not wait. Get tested now. If you are sterile, nevermind. If your sperm quality ain't good, get the good active ones sorted out from the lazy ones and have them FROZEN and put that in a bank !!
