Twelve years of waiting will do that to people. But your intentions are good. Its a breath of fresh air to see someone like you who is extremely positive about GNR. Here's my opinion on this subject: The old GNR is forever. They created 4 albums that will stand the test of time. This 1994-2005 and counting incarnation of GNR is NOT forever. They have made ZERO effort at creating a legacy. But one album release would be a good start.
