I dont know if you guys agree, but I'm completely sick of this song. It has been played to the point of absolute overkill. I would like to go about 10 years without hearing this song. Then, maybe I could appreciate it again.

I think its a great song...one of the best introduction-type song ever written.  It might be over-played, but I'll still never get tired of it.  Not sure if I'd put it in my GN'R Top 10 though.  I'd have to think about that.

Nah I feel the same way about Paradise City

i have to say_  The version of WTTJ on RiR3 was maybe the best live performance of the song i have seen, Not vocally, But the rest of the band nailed it. I say maybe, just to not start any fights. : ok:

i would have to say IMO it's one of the greatest songs of all time nothing gets u pumped up more then hearing those opening chordes

Welcome To The Jungle reigns supreme. In the GNR world, it would be god.

Great song and intro for an excellent band, I've always felt that the bridge part sounds like the jungle it's an amazing piece of art  : ok:

I have 2 teenagers who are 14 and 15, they are very aware of GNR due to the fact that their mom is a very strong fan, I would say that they have introduced alot of people to them, Welcome To The Jungle would be the one of the strongest songs known to them by GNR, and I would say secondly would be Sweet Child, thirdly would be Paradice City and fourthly would be Patience.  At the age they are, there are not alot of kids that choose Rock N Roll as a main choice of music to listen to,  the ones who do have like my kids been exposed by their parents, WTTJ is an awesome song and took Guns to the top no matter how many times we hear it, and to the next generation it is the song that definately get attention first.

it's good to know that we have fans in the older generations. rock on msaxl :peace:

Talking about GNR songs, there are moments when you like some songs, other moments where you like some other songs... this is the time for WTTJ.

the track never gets old

Definitely a fantastic track on a fantastic album. At first it was my favorite, but now it's hard to tell.

It was their first single, right?
