This is a thread to talk about the CRAZIEST copy cat thing you have ever done because of GNR or a member of GNR!!

Mine is when i read that Slash got his belly button pirced..... i went straight in to the shop and got mine done aswell!! I thought that it was really cool to start with, but after knowing Slash had his done... I knew i should!!!

So what's everyone else's?!

i always wear a short white spandex. all the time

when i go buy a baguette of bread

all the time.

i don't have a lot of friends.

I Used to wear a bandana and ripped jeans.

I wear braids.

i joined the band for a few months in '99, but left after being dismayed at the lack of progress.....

In 2002, I made my band cancel the remainder of our shows touring the local nursing homes, but nowadays I prefer to shoot my friends' girlfriends up with heroin every now and then.

I hid away from the world for 10 years, wasting my prime years and for apparently no reason

I developed a creepy, semi-erotic obsession with dolphins.

I randomly attacked people with cameras.

When I was growing up and people called my house asking where my mom is, I would respond by saying: "She's in my ass!"

I went to clubs in new york city wearing fur coats specifically to get rejected and throw a hissy fit.

Wherever I went, I was sure to carry with me a piano, a string-orchestra, 2 keyboardists (one of whom was Chris Pittman- he was eager to send his resume in after he saw the joblisting on craigslist), and 3 fine african-american backup singers, and constantly referred to that group as a rock n' roll band.

I singlehandedly ruined the best rock n roll band in the world.

One time my friend  flipped out in school and got  a detention. Before he walked out of the place he  said "Well , thanks to the lame-ass school faculty, i'm going home." Then he slammed his soda can against the floor and it sprayed everywhere(think of Axl in St.Louis 91) . This happened after the very night  he watched my Gnr in St.Louis concert Dvd . Although it wasn't me , i thought it was funny.

Strictly speaking it's not really a copycat thing. I had a classmate who was good at plaiting and Every kid in my class had their hair plaited. Since then I often do my hair in plaits.
The comical side show about braids is that your hair gets all curly like Slash when unpicked.

I wear a top hat from time to time...and I'm not joking.  Also when I introduce my friends' band I use the whole "You wanted the best?  Well they didn't make it!" thing the GN'R guy did.

i erm.........axl walk around school, sing any GNR song all the way through around my friends. I also shout "the best couldnt fucking make it, so heres what ya get, from hollywood, guns n roses!!!!!!"

i havn't really done anything that crazy to do with guns n' roses but my mate becky drew the words guns n' roses up her legs and drew da symbol. that was great.

I also wasted a little more than a decade of my life. When I was 12 when GNR first came out, I always wanted to copy Axl. Little did i know that when I got older, I would end up copying him in such a sick way.

And occasionally I attempt to get my hair to go WTTJ Axl style, but my hair won't go like that unless I use a whole can of hairspray, and I don't like the texture so I don't like doing it too often, but DAMN does it look awesome! :thumbup:

Went out and bought a hat like similar to what Axl and Brain wore at the VMA's-I thought they were cool-stupid thing, but I wanted to wear one around

Well, since alot of chicks don't know who/what Axl lookslike since he's been "out of the loop", I tell them i'm Axl Rose,and tell them I was the lead singer for  GNR.  Then, since they don't know who GNR are, I play WTJ ( to impress them), then a sad song like November Rain  ( to make them feel that I have feelings).  Then I invite them in the back of my van for a night of fun, then kick them out about an hour later. :beer: :beer: :beer:

I would wear the bandana's and tie scarfs to the belt loops in my jeans.  I also have done Kareoke and tried to do the whole Axl dance, scream thing.  It was pretty funny to watch but not all that bad ;D

Well I wear the  earrings  Axl used to in The Appetite Days...  which are a mix of Little ball with the metal round... those are "soft"...
