where they posters on some GNR message board? did they ever post on here?! anyone know what these people said?

No one knows who Renato is supposed to be. As far as everyone knows, there's never been anyone going by that name on any message board.

hahahahaha hell yeah, the gnronline days RULED!!!!!!!  Seriously that was some good fun.  I remember at Rock in Rio III when Xozi and Renato got called out.  It was classic.

I remember that I was unable to stream the show like some people could.  So I actually stayed at home with my brother and we read updates from people who could hear it and were posting about it.  Then all of a sudden like 20 posts pop up at once all saying "oh my god Axl called out Xozi!"... my brother had no idea who she was but I started laughing to myself.  Then after that she convinced herself that she was still right and that Axl didnt really mean it.  That was the best part, the fact that she talked all this shit to us about Axl and who he is and what he wants, and then he called her out on it.  Her dreams were just shattered..

I often wonder where her and QUEENIE are now.  I remember taunting them on a different message board years ago, but have lost touch with the GNR 'community' since then.  Christ that was 6 years ago when I first got on gnronline! 

Haha and I have to throw this name out..... Lolly..... I am sure some of you remember her.  She was the most sane GNR fan I ever met.  Hey where is Felix the Cat???

Same here.  I do kinda miss the 3rd person type Queenie posts!  He made me laugh.

yeah no kidding, gnronline was great.  I had a blast on there.  I loved giving sweetbreakdown a hard time and of course watching lolly threaten to kill harley and then actually being arrested for stalking Axl.  Good times were had by all on that forum.

Oh yeah,  and I went to the gunsnrosesfans.com forum... QUEENIE doesnt type in 3rd person anymore!  He decided to start typing like a normal human being.  I forget which forum it was years ago, but we got the whole board to taunt QUEENIE (some may remember this) and eventually Xozi sent me a PM threatening to call the FBI on me for internet harrassment!!!  Haha it was hilarious. 

Anybody here remember lolly?  Better yet, does anybody here know if she is still in prison?

I remember writing a history about a guy that I did met that, in that time, told me that he was a friend of Beta and were invited to meet Axl ( or Axl was coming to Brasil, I don?t remember exactly )... and this guy invited me to go with him
and he showed me a rare pic ox Axl in his house ( I don?t remember the word in english, but I think is "kitchen" - where you make food and stuff... ?:rofl: ) that I never seeing, and Axl had the look of RIR3, and it was before the festival

I remember that I wrote some things that this friend of mine told me that time... but I lose contact with him and gnrx was closed

The main thing that happened...for those who don't know...somehow one of Axl's telephone numbers ended up getting posted online...actually IIRC turned out to be one of Beta's lines...and some people from the forum actually called it and started a shit storm. Not to mention all the huge porno pictures being posted in the titles of topics on the forum and shit like that.

When the forum first opened it was really cool but went way downhill once the creatons got a hold of it and took it over?

I remember all of a sudden the place just shut down.  I think I found another forum and they explained that Axl's number had gotten out on the gnronline forum.  How that number got out is incredible to me. 

I always loved that forum.  I wasnt one of the psychos who posted the porn all the time, but I certainly didnt help things out.  I just remember having battles with sweetbreakdown all the time because he was the king of all morons.  He would post something to me and then respond 10 minutes after it saying "what are you scared?  why wont you respond to me" when I was gone all day.  Of course all of his sentences were written in broken English since he was from Brazil I believe.

The funniest part of that was when he said he would fight me anywhere anytime and so I posted my address on the forum after every post he made and told him I was waiting for him.  It was classic.  He kept avoiding all of my posts after that.  Ahhh, the good old days.

yeah it really looked like they were back.  Oh My God being released on the End of Days soundtrack, Live Era being released, the videos for Welcome to the Jungle and Its So Easy live, and gnronline having just been set up.... haha we were all so confident it was going to be released!  My name was WAR on the gnronline message board.  Not sure if anyone remembers me.

Anyways, I had an old news clip of Lolly in court way back when, but of course its gone now.

I wonder how Harley is doing these days.  I just remember after the Lolly death threat incident that she kind of disappeared.  That really was a bizarre story that Harley told and I have a hard time believing it.  But after she told it, Lolly just turned from a happy go lucky person into Jack the Ripper.  Hahaha, I still laugh when I think about that.

Man... I wish I'd had the internet way back when all that stuff was happening! Ha... I probably would have ended up like Lolly though. Not now though. I still love Axl to death, but I wouldn't go as far as to stalk him! If anything, I'd just be happy to have fanspeak with him and a quick hug and that's it.
