Title: Where did they get there name?? Post by: Slash-44- on April 17, 2005, 10:57:53 AM Iam a Huge GNR fan and now alot about the band and the other day my mom asked me why the band was called Velvet Revolver and I didnt know does any one know>?

They dropped Black because it sounded too much like STP...

Then they added the two together and there we go.....well i think ???
