Title: Does anybody think Axl just didn't show at the Superbowl? Post by: hufford69 on February 09, 2005, 02:25:22 AM I don't know if this has been discussed or not. When I was watching I was COMPLETELY expecting Axl to come out in the middle of LALD. It was set up perfectly, the fireworks started and I was waiting to see him on top of the piano, bustin' out the scream! It also seemed like they were playing it a little heavier, closer to the gnr version. Am I just crazy, or does anybody else think for some reason, maybe at the last minute, he just didn't show?
