Title: was i the only one holding my breath during the super bowl halftime show? Post by: CDesigner on February 09, 2005, 02:16:14 AM when paul mccartney launched into "live & let die," i was hoping beyond hope to see axl rise up out of the stage screaming along. but alas, they played it the ultra-safe route and had a no surprises showing from sir paul. i did get up and do the axl dance and sing along myself for those at the party i was attending, giving at least one room a picture of what it might have been like if they had gone forward and done it. well, except that it would have really been axl and not me.
