i always been overwhelmed by the last part of the song from live era, axl sounds really good ;) if you see this topic http://www.heretodaygonetohell.com/board/index.php?topic=18245.0 you'll se why i ask, is there any rumour or info that it was axl who layed down the vocals in a studio around 99 or can the vocal-part be tracked down to an old show? anything definite? Title: Re: rocket queen from live era Post by: gnrvrrule on January 26, 2005, 05:06:45 PM All of the vocals on Rocket Queen were re-recorded. There is not a single show (I have many) where he sounds that clean. Exactly when he recorded the vocals is uncertain, but it is likely around 1998 or 1999.
