Title: No Rose Post by: the dirt on January 18, 2005, 03:28:09 PM What if all the current bandmembers (Robin, Richard, Tommy, Brain, and Pittman) had enough of the wait and current uncertainty of GNR and decided to kick Axl out of the band, and get another singer.
I'm not including Dizzy, cos hed probably stay faithful to Axl and continue doing Hookers n' Blow, whatever it's called. Since Axl and all of them say what a collaborative effort it has been all the way through, they could say five sevenths of the album are their contributions and they're gonna put it out. Imagine that they felt they gelled so well as a band that they could not put up with the "delays" anymore, and could'nt quell the desire to put out music together.... Then they go on to put out the album called Chinese Capitalism with a new singer and call their band No Rose. ha ha I?ll be popular here but possibly I?d be a fan if it had BH and a right singer. Oh and an original Album title and a proper Band name would help. However that?s not happening. However, I've always wondered if Billy Howerdel and Josh Freese had stayed in GNR would the new GNR sound something like a Perfect Circle? Imagine a Perfect Circle with Axl as lead vocalist instead of Maynard Keenan. Yes, and maybe Maynard could concentrate on working with Tool only! huh, im a APC fan, dont get me wrong, but i guess the songs they have made, would never be, if it wasent for Maynard! The most intresting duo in the world, would be Axl Rose and Maynard James Keenan. |
