Maybe it has to do with how hard it is to get over the wall of China, and that there's no way around it.  Could be symbolic of Chinese Democracy's history, or it could mean there's yet another giant barrier that has arisen.

People send in those pictures to him, he doesn't find the himself, although I'm sure he chooses which submissions to put on the site.  One time the theme was "fit" and they had a picture of Axl.

I think the wall is a metaphor for how long the record is taking to make.

Whenever I see the great wall of china it reminds me of an episode of South Park with the 'shitty mongolians'. Funny!

That pic is the Great Wall of China.  To me it sounds like the album is getting closer than ever..................

I may be wrong,  but i thought when RIR was announced last year around this time, Robin put some pic of a suitcase or something up at the cage with the word "trip" or something like it. Now we see the Great Wall of China, and a pic with a G & R playing card on it? I'll take it as a sign. Doesn't mean things will work out though, as RIR proved.

Besides the official flag of China, this represents China more than anything else.  I think Robin is trying to remind us that the record is in sight but may have a long road to follow before releasing it.  If he has a theme record, and the great wall of china is there, then something is obviously going on.  The playing cards is what puzzles me.  I like the picture, but is he trying to say that GN'R will be on top once the album hits since the G & R represents the Ace?  Maybe a release date really is in sight.....

take a look in the pic signed by Robin... the first pic is something related to china... and in the second one you can see cleary that is where you put old records ( sorry, I don?t know how to spell it in english, but in portuguese is VINIL - those big records ) to play... so, my guess is that Robin is telling us that CHINESE DEMOCRACY ( first pic ) will be played in the RADIO ( second pic ) soon...

The Great Wall is related to Chinese Democracy and Robin picked out a picture of it and the other GNR one.
Also he decides the Theme each time. Those pictures must reflect his present state to some extent.

I know we are over analyzing this... But one thing is clear, there are photos related to Chinese Democracy... you can't deny it. As to whether or not mr. Finck is trying to give subtle hints is a mystery.

I wouldn't be surprised if 'free' means he quit GnR. Or maybe it means the band is free to discuss CD since it is about to come out... maybe it doesn't mean jack fucking shit.

Maybe this is the only way he can communicate to fans about CD. He has to disguise his communications so uncle Axl won't flip out on him... LOL! -joking.

Why on earth would there be news on C.D. or GNR on his site? He is apparently in GNR. Things don't work that way with this band.

Ok, I got some little info for the Chinese Wall for the faithfull....
it has a length around 4.800 Kilometers, it's "like a great sleeping dragon that streches and lies in the sun" :yes:, it survived after the fall of the dynasty that made it and it needed lots of years to be finished :no:

Robin has always pledged his support to Axl. I don't know why he posted those pics or if they were meant for axl.

That whole collage after Philly was quite a horrifying moment for GnR fans. It reallly appeared Axl had lost the respect of his band.

As of right now nothing has really convinced me that they arent finished , I just fear "the band" doesnt know abouit it.
