what the fuck were they thinkin gary oldham or whoever that is makes that video unbelievably cheesy *am i the only one that thinks he looks a bit like scott weiland*

Axl actually hired his buddy/famous photographer Sante D'Orazio to direct it. It's a little "silly"- but I don't find it THAT bad. I think they were just trying to switch it up and have some fun after the ridiculously "heavy" and time demanding trilogy videos (Don't Cry, NR, Estranged). Plus, there are some decent women in the video doing some provocative things... never a bad thing. : ok:

Seymour is still the hottest female to ever appear in a Guns' video though. When she walks down the aisle in November Rain...:drool: :drool: :drool: :drool:

GNR are just known for their cool innovative videos and that one is just a black eye on GNR video legacy in my opnion.  i was watchin thinkin "what the hell?" maybe it coming after estranged made it seem even worse.

hot chicks in videos dont impress me, hot chicks are usually used in videos to try and cover up how lame the song and or video really is, this is the only time GNR were guilty of this.

I thought the whole look of the video when Axl and the Devil(?) are in the car worked very well and looked quite cool, in a David Lynch sort of way :)

Being axl loved everything perfect I wonder why he would even bother witht hat crap.. 93 was a bad year..

I loved the hot blond, that's about it, the car scenes were so fake..

I started a thread about this a while back, with the same viewpoint - this video sucks ass.

If they wanted to be funny after the  uber-serious "trilogy" videos, they could have done a lot better.  Maybe something a bit more Van Halen-esque.

They shouldn't even have made a video for Since I Don't Have You.  That song is not very good.  If they did any video for the SI, it should have been Down On The Farm (could have been hilarius), or Black Leather.

 ?Boy, I didn't mean to cause a ruckus earlier when I mentioned the extreme hotness of the blonde (Jennifer Driver), yes, it's a sub-par video to a good cover tune. ?Gary Oldman's talents are pretty much wasted in this video. ?I'd love to hear Gary Oldman's (the devil's) take on that video. ?:)

the 2 girls teasing and tatalizing eachother (and the viewer) on the beach was well done

Great song yes for Slash's guitar style and Axl's non-screech style vocals.. but from the likes of Welcome To The Jungle to Since I Don't Have you.. it pretty much sums things up. Should of been recorded and used as a b-side somewhere for a single from an original's album.

I don?t remember seeing in the video Axl with the rest of the band, I know that videos could me made 1 day with the vpcalist, the other day with scnenes of the guitarrist... but ... maybe that time they were already fighting to each other and Axl doesn?t want to film with the rest of the guys?  ???

I wouldn't doubt it one bit if the video was shot half with the band members and the other half with axl, it definetly had no reason for both..

They were so together in november rain, then you have sidhy, I was 16 at the time but it never crossed my mind..

Just watch Estranged over and over, it's a GREAT video.? Don't know what happened with SIDHY video??? Maybe it wasn't the bands idea, just scrapped together at the last second to make some quick money.
