He maybe getting info from the rumor board where a number of people received word that there would be a christmas surprise. So if he's right, it's simply a case of jumping on an already known rumor.

Any announcement that is made will be made via Business Wire and not through Guns n Roses official mailing list - do you really think Guns n Roses are only gonna inform their fans who use the internet that there is news?
Look out for www.gunsnroses.com getting an IP address as a sign that the ball is rolling.

As for Sticky Fingers, well I have a suggestion as to where he should stick his fingers. ?:D

We may get an announcement and we may not but unless Sticky Fingers can for once prove that he has insider knowledge then no one will believe him.

It was said more in reference to the status of gnr, as I explained before. One would have to be part of the planning process to know more than this

i for one am not picky - i'll be happy to hear from the GN'R camp
