Rome mentioned Tommy had intimated Paul was much more difficult to work for than Axl, which Paul replied.? "I would hope so, I'm more difficult to work for than a room full of Axl Rose's."

For the most part it is although Jim does delve into the entertainment world every now and again along with other facets of current events and pop culture. And yes, he's a huge "Mat's fan for sure...
