Title: GNR in Nme Gods of rock Post by: In a coma on September 13, 2004, 07:25:57 PM Just seen this in Nme apologies if this not new. Aparently it is part of the NME's originals series. It has got Robert Plant on the cover with a circled picture of axl below. If you go to the news section a pop up will come up. These things are usualy old articles the nme publishedabout the band. Anyway heres the link;
http://www.nme.com/ Whose guessing quotes like "the most dangerous band in the world" aplenty. Also got this old review from nme about Axl thoughts on the review of the Leeds gig Early in the set, which ran to two hours, Rose commented on the NME.COM review of the band?s performance at the Leeds leg of the Carling Weekend Festival, which stated that he looked "as big as a house". Said Axl: "If I?m as big as a house, maybe I should start charging rent. Some pussy ass writer at NME owes me rent ? for living in my ass!" However, Rose later took a time out to thank NME for its glowing coverage of Guns 'N Roses?s comeback gig in Hong Kong on August 14. "That was nice," he remarked. Title: Re: GNR in Nme Gods of rock Post by: metalhead666 on September 13, 2004, 11:21:11 PM They were "THE MOST DANGEROUS BAND IN THE WORLD" until everyone got kicked out leaving Axl as the original member, caring more about his looks by getting a facelift and shit. Just kick all the current guys and reunite with all the original members!!!!!!!!!! Then they'll be on top of the world once again!
