First of all, he says discography.

Second, it's not legal at all. There's no such stuff as semi-legal. It's legal or not.

Wasn't RIR3 listed on Allmusic.com or something in the GN'R discography?

thats what im wondering was there maybe a compilation cd that the festival put out that included music from diffrent acts performing
