Title: New GNR DVDS Post by: DJM on June 19, 2004, 08:12:51 AM I think with the release of Chinese Democracy there should be more a 4 dvd box set including gigs from the first Las Vegas in 2001 Rock in Rio 1 III and the leeds Festival Gig and on the fourth disc they could put VH1 behind the music and maybe some interviews from the new bandafter the VMAS and maybe some other gigs from the new band. Any suggestings on any good gigs that the band did wich could be put on the discs. I know Las Vegas Rock In Rio & Leeds gig(which i was at) gives the new band credit.

Axl Released the album on 2 LP's so that it would be harder to get on the net... The only way to buy it was directly from him thru a bank payment.... Instead you are just listing concert that would be cool to be put out on DVD. Most of them concerts you mentioned where shot only by BOOTLEGGERS. Where the audio and video isnt 100% Axl is a perfectionist he isnt gonna release some stupid crap concerts, for two reasons 1) They would make the band look/sound like crap to the average user. 2) Most of the people who want them concerts already have bootlegs of them. CD would be more then enough for me. Will they release them concerts on official cds? HELL NO. If you really want them go to the APPETITE FOR COLLECTING section of this message board and talk to the traders |
