In the bands thank you's they thank Izzy Stradlin not Izzy Stradlin' (with apostrophe) In Scott's thank you's he thanks "my brother Michael and his wife Michael" (odd but not impossible) Title: Re:Contraband Error! Lots of times sheet music and lyrics aren't entirely accurate either. The worst mistake I ever saw was the misspelling of the album title on the spine of live Jethro Tull album Bursting Out. (It said Busting Out on the spine). Somebody musta lost their job over that one.

The word "linger" is at the end of one line, but the lyrics booklet omit that entire line. I think the apostrophe got lost some time before or after the release of the UYI albums. Had to be after, because the UYI booklets list Stradlin' in the writing credits. Title: Re:Contraband Error! the first thing I do when I buy an album is to read the lyrics while playing the music ....and the first thing I thought about when I saw that mistake : TOO SOON....was axl...... I know its a bit (very) far fetched but maybe it was a reference to axl...... AXL won't be coming back too soon. You know AXL loves the word SOON 'you'll see it Idunno if SOON is the word' 'SOONER than later'...... :crying: |
